John Killey is Head of EMEA for Citi Realty Services (CRS) responsible for over 13.2 million sq. feet of real estate in over 1,651 properties across 52 countries in EMEA. In addition he is co head of the CRS Sustainability Group whose vision is to guide CRS into becoming the recognized industry leader in sustainable real estate management.

John is a Chartered Engineer with over 25 years' experience in the design, operation and maintenance of corporate, retail and commercial premises. Prior to joining Citi in 1995, John was a director of an engineering consultancy practice providing facilities management and design services to numerous blue chip clients in the financial services and associated industries in both the UK and Europe.

John's initial role in Citi was as the Chief Engineer and Senior Asset Manager for the UK region of CRS and since then he has held several roles across Europe and EMEA. In these roles John has taken an active involvement in the design and operation of several of Citi's landmark buildings in EMEA and has always taken a particular interest in the issues of sustainability in building design and operation.

John was born in London and holds an engineering degree from the University of Aston In Birmingham. He is a Chartered Building Service Engineer.
